You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging. Contact us before returning.

• Damaged or defective items
• Items significantly different from description

Non-Returnable Items

Cannot be returned:

• Used or burned candles
• Items without original packaging
• Final sale items

To return an item:

• Receive return authorization
• Package item securely with original materials
• Ship to provided address
• Keep tracking information

Return Shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use trackable shipping.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred candle.

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Wrong Item

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.

Order Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, if production has not begun.
